RETURNS POLICY AND GENERAL TERMS

Open Accounts, Net 10 days E.O.M.
Credit Card Accounts, Net per order.

All warranty and merchandise returns are to be handled by your sponsoring Global Optics laboratory.
All returns should be forwarded via a TRACEABLE DELIVERY SERVICE as we are not liable for packages that are lost by your carrier.

Merchandise accepted for credit must be in original packaging accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip, free from personal markings and in resalable condition.

Edged or dyed lenses will not be accepted for replacement or credit unless under warranty.

NOTE: Your sponsoring Global Optics Laboratory's Returns Policy may differ slightly and supersedes this document. Please contact your sponsoring lab for a copy of their LenStock.com Returns Policy.
